The item is showing as sold out. What can I do?

We're very sorry that the item you're interested in is sold out. However, not to worry, if the item does not show as discontinued it will likely come back in stock in 1-2 weeks time.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed before 12:00pm PST will have same day shipping if the item is in stock. Orders placed after 12:00pm PST will be processed and shipped the next business day.

How do I track my order?

After you've placed your order you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Your order will be processed and shipped out within the next business day.

When your order has shipped you will receive an email shipping confirmation. If you selected a shipping method with tracking, you will receive a tracking link.

How do I cancel or change my order?

You may be able to cancel or change your order if it has not yet shipped. To cancel your order or make changes, please contact Customer Support and provide them with your order number.

If the order has already shipped, please return it to us in its original condition for a refund or exchange. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.
