Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. To find the shipping costs and estimated delivery times, add your items to your cart and follow the checkout process. After you've entered your mailing address, the available shipping options and costs will be displayed.
Orders placed before 12:00pm PST will receive same day shipping if the item is in stock. Orders placed after 12:00pm PST will be processed on the next business day.

How much is shipping?

To find the shipping cost and estimated delivery time, add your items to your cart and follow the checkout process. After entering your mailing address, the shipping cost is calculated and displayed in the checkout summary.
The available shipping options, delivery time and costs will automatically be displayed. Select your shipping option and click continue to complete the checkout.

Do you ship to a PO box or military address?

We are unable ship to a PO box or military address as we often use international couriers that may require a signature for proof of delivery.

If a recipient is not present, a delivery note may be left at your door for you to arrange another delivery or pick up option.

Where is my order shipped from?

All orders are shipped direct from our factory in China via courier. Import duties and taxes may be applicable on receiving your order, and the amount will vary from country to country.

Will I be charged for import duty and tax?

Import duty and tax may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination. These charges vary from country to country and unfortunately we have no control over them.

Why are batteries restricted outside of North America?

Recently all major airlines have banned the transportation of lithium ion batteries in their cargo hold. Lithium ion batteries packed together with other devices are accepted (e.g. batteries in light sets, batteries with lamp heads).

If you require a replacement battery and reside outside of North America, please contact your local Gemini Lights distributor or dealer for a replacement.
