Out of Warranty

If your light is out of warranty you can mail in your light for service and repair. Once we receive your light it should take about 10-12 business days to have it serviced, repaired and returned back to you.

The following service and repair fees includes diagnostics, servicing, hardware replacements and return postage. Please note, we're unable to repair batteries due to battery restrictions in airline transportation.

You will need to mail-in your light, battery, and charger to the address below:

We recommend using a local postal service with tracking to ship your package as we're unable to receive parcels sent by courier (e.g UPS, DHL, Fedex etc.).
To obtain an RMA number and further instructions to mailing in your light, please submit a request for service and repair below.
